About Qualification:

Q: I am Taiwanese but hold a foreign passport now, can I submit the admission?

A: No. Except you have already given up the nationality of the R.O.C. for at least eight years and must bring up the relevant document approved by the Ministry of the Interior.

Q: If I have completed degrees in Taiwan before, can I apply for this program?

A: Yes, except those who have already completed a high school degree program or have been expelled by a university or college in ROC are not eligible to apply for this admission.

About Application Documents:

Q: I expect to graduate in June of this year, but do not have TOEFL achievement yet, can I submit the test score later?

A: Yes, you can state your situation in the application package first and complete the test before registration by Sept. 2006.

Q: Can I ask my school (university) sends my transcripts directly to you?

A: No. Transcripts (or diploma) must be verified by the Taiwan Representative Office.

Q: Where can I get information about scholarship?

Q: I am the Taiwan Scholarship’s winner. Can I apply for this program?

A: Sure you can. But we suggest you apply the general degree programs for foreign students at the same time.

Q: Can I apply for dormitory?

A: Yes, we will arrange student dormitory (but not for couples and families) for students in our program, and the rent ranges from NTD 3,500 to NTD 8,000 per semester per person.
