Research Summary:

Dr. Chen's research focuses on the technology development of RFIC, RF power amplifier, System-in-Package (SiP), LCD driver / LED driver IC, power management IC, green engergy power IC, high-speed I/O, sensing and radar circuits to meet the challenge of emerging wireless and broadband applications.
