本實驗室研究領域集中在新穎光電元件的開發以及與量子點材料結合之物理機制研究。包括發光二極體、半導體雷射、以及太陽能電池均是我們研究的範疇。
My research focuses on the novel optoelectronic devices, including light emitting diodes, semiconductor lasers, and solar cells. With the help of new material such as colloidal quantum dots, these traditional photonic devices can be enhanced via various mechanisms. My group's interest is in better understanding of such mechanism and how to integrate these new phenomenon into the future generation of photonic devices.
