主要研究為運用超高解析光學影像技術,探討次細胞級等重要胞器結構,超高解析影像術突破光學繞射極限,能夠觀察各種奈米級胞器微細特徵,如中心粒與主纖毛(primary cilia)。此外,我們同時發展新穎超高解析影像系統,預期達到數奈米級解析能力。
T. Tony Yang’s primary research focuses on developing molecular-resolution nanoscopy and superresolution microscopy techniques to investigate centriolar patterns and the roles of primary cilia in mammalian cells. His interests include designing multiplexed superresolution imaging systems, enabling multicolor imaging, applying machine learning–based superresolution methods, implementing superresolution single-particle tracking, and studying the architecture of primary cilia and centrioles.
