研究領域摘要:

李教授建立太赫茲積體電路與系統整合實驗室,進行射頻、毫米波及太赫茲積體電路及系統之關鍵技術開發,成功研發多個新型主被動電路、低損耗太赫茲封裝技術、高效率太赫茲天線及低成本高解析度太赫茲影像系統。研究成果發表於微波及太赫茲領域頂尖國際期刊及國際會議。目前致力的研究子題:

  1. 高效率及寬頻太赫茲天線、低損耗及寬頻太赫茲封裝技術及低損耗太赫茲傳輸線。
  2. 高效能太赫茲相位陣列收發機。
  3. 太赫茲雷達影像系統及太赫茲高速無線通訊系統。
  4. 多頻高效率射頻能量獵取系統及高功率無線功率傳輸系統。

Research Summary:

Prof. Li establishes the THz Integrated Circuits and Systems Lab to develop advanced techniques for RF, millimeter-wave, and THz integrated circuits and systems. He has successfully demonstrated several novel active and passive circuits, low-loss THz packaging techniques, and low-cost and high-resolution THz imaging systems. His innovated works have been published in tier 1 international microwave and THz transactions and conferences. The ongoing research topics in his lab are listed as follows:

  1. High-efficiency and broadband THz antennas, low-loss and broadband THz packaging techniques, and low-loss THz transmission lines.
  2. High-performance THz phased-array transceivers.
  3. THz imaging radars and THz high-speed wireless communication systems.
  4. Multi-band and high-efficiency RF energy harvesting systems and high-power wireless power transmission systems.
